Shipping Information

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within three business days. Certain pool mosaic tiles may require additional processing or lead time depending on availability.

Please review the “Shipping & Delivery” information on the individual product page for product-specific details.

Our warehouses are closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time

The average transit time for most shipments is approximately 3–6 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery dates provided by shipping or freight carriers are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules may be delayed or changed by the carrier due to weather, transportation issues, regional disruptions, or other circumstances outside Buy Pool Tiles’ control.

We recommend waiting until all tile has been delivered, inspected, and confirmed to be in acceptable condition before scheduling installers, contractors, or project work.

Orders canceled after shipment may be subject to return shipping charges, restocking fees, and other applicable costs.

Please contact our team to ask about expedited or overnight shipping options, when available.

Freight and Truck Delivery

Large or heavy tile orders may be shipped through an LTL freight carrier.

Residential freight deliveries may require:

• A scheduled delivery appointment
• An adult to be present at the time of delivery
• A signature confirming receipt
• Inspection of the shipment before signing the delivery receipt

The customer is responsible for coordinating the delivery appointment with the freight carrier and being available to receive the shipment.

Before signing, inspect all pallets, cartons, and tile products for visible damage. Any visible damage or missing items should be clearly noted on the delivery receipt.

Tracking Information

Customers will normally receive an email containing tracking information after an order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Tracking information may take additional time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

Special and Made-to-Order Products

Special-order, custom, and made-to-order pool mosaic tiles may require additional production and delivery time.

Once production has started, these orders cannot be changed or canceled. Canceled custom or made-to-order products may be charged in full and are generally non-refundable.

Shipping Availability

Standard shipping offers apply only to addresses within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or locations outside our normal service area, please contact us for availability and a freight quote.

International customers may be required to arrange delivery through a freight-forwarding service. The customer is responsible for all forwarding charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and international transportation arrangements.

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our pool mosaic tiles and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

To request a return, please email sales@buypooltiles.com for authorization and complete return instructions. Products must not be returned without prior approval.

Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the order.

In limited circumstances, Buy Pool Tiles may approve a return request submitted within 30 days of delivery. Approval is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, and unaltered.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Full sheets and individual tiles must be in resalable condition.
• The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, return authorization number, or written return instructions before shipping the products.
• Products must be returned to the address provided in the return instructions.
• The authorized return must be shipped within seven days of receiving the return instructions, unless otherwise approved in writing.

Products sent to our mailing address or any unauthorized location may be refused or returned to the sender.

Opening a carton for inspection does not automatically make the product ineligible for return. However, installed, used, cut, mounted, modified, or damaged tile cannot be returned.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by Buy Pool Tiles.

An applicable restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund, depending on the product, supplier, and condition of the returned material.

At Buy Pool Tiles’ discretion, a restocking fee may be reduced or waived when the customer purchases replacement tile of equal or greater value.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, freight charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect all tile products immediately after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, please notify Buy Pool Tiles within five days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged tile
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the shipping label
• A description of the damage
• A copy or photo of the freight delivery receipt, when applicable

Please retain all products and original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Failure to report shipping damage within five days may affect eligibility for a replacement, return, shipping claim, or refund.

Visible freight damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before the shipment is accepted. Signing a delivery receipt without noting visible damage may limit the ability to submit a successful freight claim.

Incorrect Products or Shipment Errors

If you receive an incorrect product, quantity, color, size, or item, notify Buy Pool Tiles within seven days of delivery.

Do not install, cut, alter, or use any tile that appears to be incorrect.

Installation, cutting, modification, or use of the product constitutes acceptance of the order and may make the product ineligible for return or replacement.

If the shipment error was caused by Buy Pool Tiles, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue.

Shade, Color, and Size Variations

Pool mosaic tiles may have natural variations in shade, color, texture, finish, thickness, size, pattern, and appearance.

Colors may also appear different on computer screens, mobile devices, printed materials, or under different lighting conditions.

Customers are encouraged to order a sample before placing a full order whenever samples are available.

Tile from separate production lots may vary. We recommend ordering enough material for the entire project at one time, including additional tile for cuts, waste, future repairs, and replacements.

Normal product variation is not considered a defect.

Cancellation Requests

Order processing may begin shortly after an order is placed. Because processing and shipping times vary by product and supplier, Buy Pool Tiles cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be approved.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible by phone, email, or through our contact form.

Our team will confirm whether:

• The order can still be canceled
• The product has entered production or processing
• The order includes a non-cancelable item
• The order has already shipped

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be handled according to our standard return policy.

Shipped orders may be subject to:

• Non-refundable original shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Carrier return-to-sender charges
• Freight charges
• Restocking fees

Non-Returnable Products

The following products and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law:

• Samples
• Custom products
• Special-order products
• Made-to-order products
• Clearance or final-sale products
• Installed, cut, used, altered, or damaged tile
• Products not returned in resalable condition
• Products returned without authorization
• Original shipping and freight charges
• Expedited or overnight shipping charges
• Package-protection fees after shipment

Installation and Labor Disclaimer

Buy Pool Tiles sells pool mosaic tiles only. We do not provide installation services and do not sell adhesives, grout, waterproofing systems, setting materials, or other installation products unless specifically listed for sale on our website.

Customers and installers are responsible for confirming that the selected tile is appropriate for the intended application, environment, substrate, water conditions, and installation method.

All tile should be inspected and approved before installation.

Buy Pool Tiles is not responsible for:

• Installation or removal costs
• Contractor or labor charges
• Project delays
• Surface preparation
• Waterproofing
• Adhesive or grout selection
• Incorrect installation
• Tile installed before inspection
• Damage caused by improper handling, storage, cutting, installation, maintenance, chemicals, or water conditions

Installation, cutting, alteration, or use of the tile constitutes acceptance of the product.

Customers should consult a qualified and properly licensed tile or pool professional for installation recommendations.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally processed within 14 days after the returned products have been received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Any applicable restocking fees, return shipping charges, freight charges, carrier fees, or other non-refundable charges will be deducted from the refund.

Policy Updates

Buy Pool Tiles reserves the right to revise or update this Shipping and Returns Policy at any time.

We also reserve the right to cancel or correct orders resulting from pricing errors, technical errors, product-information errors, inventory issues, or other unintended website errors.

The policy in effect at the time of the applicable transaction will govern the order, except where otherwise required by law.
