At Buy Pool Tile, we work hard to make sure your pool tile order is packed carefully and delivered as smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Most orders begin processing shortly after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order size, supplier location, and seasonal demand.

Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

If an item is backordered, delayed, or unavailable, our team will contact you with available options.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, product availability, freight scheduling, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please do not schedule installation until your full order has arrived, been inspected, and approved by you or your installer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, quantity, destination, and shipping method.

Some large, heavy, or fragile tile orders may require freight shipping. If additional freight charges apply, we will contact you before finalizing shipment.

Freight and Large Orders

Large tile orders may ship by freight carrier on a pallet. Freight deliveries may require a signature, appointment scheduling, or liftgate service depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address that can safely receive freight shipments.

Freight carriers typically deliver curbside. Drivers are not responsible for bringing materials inside the home, backyard, garage, pool area, or construction site.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Before signing for a freight shipment, check the packaging, pallet, and boxes for visible damage. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take clear photos before unpacking.

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect products, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

Damaged Shipments

Damage claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of damaged product
• Photos of packaging and boxes
• Photos of the shipping label
• Brief description of the issue

Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Buy Pool Tile is not responsible for delays, lost packages, additional carrier fees, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from different supplier locations. You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.

Shipping Restrictions

Installation Scheduling Disclaimer

Do not schedule installers, contractors, pool crews, or construction work until all materials have been received and inspected.

Buy Pool Tile is not responsible for labor costs, installation delays, contractor fees, project rescheduling fees, or related expenses caused by shipping delays, damaged shipments, missing items, or carrier issues.
